To book your room/s we can accept credit/debit card over the telephone, or you can post us a cheque.

Booking Terms.

A Non-Refundable booking deposit of £25 per room booked, or 25% of the reservation value (whichever is the higher) is required at the time of booking, with the balance paid on arrival.

You may pay by cheque drawn on UK bank, or over the telephone by credit/debit card.

For bookings of 7 days or more, the balance must be paid 1 month prior to arrival otherwise your booking may be forfeit and the room/s re-let.

Deposits non-refundable, unless we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will refund all moneys received.

We would therefore advised that you consider taking out travel insurance.

Cancellation Terms

Should you find you need to cancel your booking at any time, we would appreciate it if you would let us know as soon as possile, so that we may offer your room/s for re-booking.

For all cancellations, there will be a cancellation charge to cover the cost of administration and re-advertising your room/s. This cancellation charge will be as follows:

If You have paid the full amount for Your Booking:
If You cancel Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation a charge equivalent to the total Booking price will be levied.
